Fun Facts: Tenuta delle Terre Nere is a much beloved and world-class winery in the volcanic region of Mount Etna in Sicily. This region is considered the “Burgundy of the Mediterranean.” The grapes are grown in rich volcanic soils on the steep hills of Mount Etna’s active volcano.
