Sebastián built his family winery in 2016 and began producing 100pt wine critic scored wines. The Poligonos wine is a selection of grapes throughout the Parade Altamira, Uco Valley. They primarily ferment in concrete vessels to showcase the color, freshness, characteristics and a sense of place of the vintage.
