Fun Facts: Scott Young grew up learning wine from his mom Jacky, who took special inspiration from the wave of organic and biodynamic producers out of France and Europe in the 1990’s. Jacky’s dream to follow this trend brought their family to live on their fourteen acre farm in an old benchland corner of Saint Helena, Napa Valley. Organic practices, regenerative and low-input approaches drive their farming, while native fermentation, low intervention and patience define their winemaking. Their wines are aged and/or bottled with minimal/no sulfur when necessary. Nothing else is added or taken away. Purity and liveliness are the aim for their wines.
