Tasting Notes:  An elegant bouquet of fresh summer flowers fills the glass.  Like biting into a fresh peach, the palate is citrusy with a lot of orchard fruit and aromas of kiwi, lime and pear.  Summer in a glass, anytime of year!

Food Pairing:  All types of fish.  This wine will liven up any dish that benefits from a little acidity.  It’s also great with salads, shrimp and grits, zucchini fritters, falafel wraps, chicken piccata, cheese boards and ricotta ravioli with goat cheese sauce.

Fun Facts:  This is one of the smallest wineries in all of the Barolo region.  Their wine is produced with Nasceta, an heirloom grape varietal native to Langhe.  It’s an unique field blend with the varietals planted side-by-side and fermented together.  They’ve been farming organic since 2009.  The winery puts intense research into monitoring and improving the biodiversity in both the vineyards and the surrounding fields and forests.
