Tasting Notes: This wine islike walking through a warm spring flower garden while eating a ripe apricot. Notes of honey, crushed stone and grapefruit peel. This wine has a creamy mouthfeel that finishes dry with moderate acidity.
Food Pairing: Oysters, seafood, white fleshed fish, chicken piccata, peach cobbler, apples, beurre blanc, roasted cauliflower with capers and grapes, fresh ricotta on grilled bread with herb garnish.
Fun Facts: Le vignoble du Rêveur, in French means, The Dreamer’s Vineyard. Aged for one year on fine lees, 50% in stainless and 50% in wood foudres.
