Tasting Notes: Intensive aromatic and fizzy acidity leads to pepper minerality, summer gardens full of sweet peas, kiwi, honeydew, yuzu citrus and wheat grass. 

Food Pairing: Peach glazed pork loin, cured meats, Jamaican jerk chicken, grilled mahi-mahi with pineapple salsa, avocado salad and oysters with mignonette. 

Fun Facts: The label art represents the beneficial insects that live in the vineyard, helping to protect the vines naturally. Christina started her path into winemaking at 5 years old with her family business.  She started converting her family’s vineyards to organic in 2013.  She’s fallen in love with the ancient wine making process and thus has now launched her own natural line of wines, Christina.
