Fun Facts:  Winemaker Jerry of Guardian Cellars began his career with a degree in organic chemistry and volunteered his free time at several local wineries. Later he turned his sights to the police academy to serve and protect.  During Jerry’s time as a cop he met and fell in love with a local news reporter, Jennifer.  Eventually they both left their respective jobs and created their own winery Guardian Cellars in 2007.  Columbia Valley, Red Mountain and Wahluke Slope are all prized for their extremely cold winters and hot-dry summers, producing bold, complex and structured fruit for wines.
