Fun Facts:  Union Sacré produces wines that are inspired by Alsace, France, yet rooted in Paso Robles, CA.  Edelzwicker is an Alsatian wine term taken from the German words "edel" (noble) and “zwicker" (blend). This wine blend is unique to Alsatian winemaking and only includes Alsatian noble varietals. The blend is traditionally balanced, clean and crisp.
