Vineyards planted in 1972 of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah and Zinfandel.
A curated 5-course food and wine pairing with Tres Sabores winery.
$160 per person wine dinner event. This does not include tax or gratuity.

The event cost is $160 per person, includes dinner and wine pairing. Price per person does not include tax or gratuity. Participants must be age 21 or over.
A select amount of retail wine bottles will be available for purchase to-go at the end of the event.
Larger retail bulk purchases can be picked up the following week.
Dinner:
Focaccia - garlic butter
Tuna Crudo - crispy polenta, celeriac remoulade, preserved lemon
Potato Gnocchi - chicken velouté, pine nut, pea shoot, maitake mushroom
Guinea Hen Coq Au Vin - bacon wrapped, mushroom pâté, pomegranate jus
Braised Beef Short Rib - parsnip, apple, braised cabbage
Gâteau Basque - vanilla pastry cream, wine soaked currants, chocolate
Dinner will last approximately 2.5 hours, from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Join us in meeting a pioneer of Napa Valley's winemaking (co-founder of Frog’s Leap in 1982), Julie Johnson of Tres Sabores Ranch & Estate. They’ve been cultivating certified organic vines dating back to 1972, as well as heritage olives, Meyer lemons, pomegranates and much more in their heirloom garden! Home to an ecosystem including bluebirds, red tail hawks, a herd of sheep, a flock of Guinea Hen, and more that graze the lawn and fertilize the farm. Julie Johnson has been passionate about food, wine and her land for over 30 years - living on a certified organic farm raising her children and not to mention Golden Retrievers, Guinea Hens and sheep.
