• Reservation includes 4-course dinner and 5 wine pairings.

• Champagne, Chablis, Pinot Noir, Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel.

• $160 per person wine dinner event. This does not include tax or gratuity.

The event cost is $160 per person, includes dinner and wine pairing. Price per person does not include tax or gratuity. Participants must be age 21 or over.

A select amount of retail wine bottles will be available for purchase at a discounted rate at the end of the event.

Larger retail bulk purchases can be picked up at a later date.

Dinner:

Focaccia - garlic butter

Brussels Waldrof - candied walnut, apple, aged cheddar

Black Cod - miso marinated, kohlrabi, roasted pumpkin

Beef Wellington - puff pastry, prosciutto, mushroom, whipped potato, bordelaise

Sticky Toffee Pudding - spiced date cake, vanilla bean anglaise, caramel

Dinner will last approximately 2 hours, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
