The event cost is $175 per person, includes dinner and wine pairing. Price per person does not include tax or gratuity. Participants must be age 21 or over.

A select amount of retail wine bottles will be available for purchase at a discount at the end of the event.

Larger retail bulk purchases can be picked up at a later date.

Dinner:

Focaccia - garlic butter

Brussels Waldrof - apple, candied walnut, aged cheddar

Crab Stuffed Triangoli Pasta - bouillabaisse, lemon rouille, saffron

Tuna Tartar - fried risotto arancini, celeriac, shaved black truffle

Beef Wellington - puff pastry, prosciutto, mushroom, whipped potato, bordelaise

Chocolate Tart - dulce de leche custard, sea salt

Dinner will last approximately 2.5 hours, from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
