Pairing six wines with six courses.
Featuring Bordeaux, Piedmont, Friuli, Michigan, Willamette.
$155 per person event cost. This does not include tax or gratuity.
Indulge in this opportunity to taste the unique wine terroirs that sit halfway between the equator and the North Pole.
The event cost is $155 per person, including dinner and wine pairing. Price per person does not include tax or gratuity. Participants must be age 21 or over.
A select amount of retail wine bottles will be available for purchase to-go at the end of the event.
Larger retail bulk purchases can be picked up the following week.
DINNER:
Rosemary focaccia - roasted garlic butter, smoked whitefish pâté
Hamachi Crudo - cantaloupe, cucumber gazpacho, pickled chilis
Sweetcorn Agnolotti - fromage blanc, fine herbs, sungold tomatoes
Lamb Merguez Sausage - summer squash, arugula, local cherries
Niman Ranch Filet Mignon - summer truffle risotto, chanterelle mushroom
Panna Cotta - peach, caramel, brown butter cookie
Dinner will last approximately 2.5 hours, from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
