How it works…
Cooking Classes are kept to small groups so that you can get in on the action and have as much hands-on experience as you’d like. Class time is focused on preparing the main entrée (kale pesto ravioli) and limited to about one hour in the kitchen. The remaining time is spent enjoying the fruits of your labor around our communal dining room table where we invite you to sit back, relax, unwind from your day and converse with the new friends you made in class while we put the finishing touches on your 3-course, plated dinner.
